YA Crafts: Model Kits Building

Young Adults in the 5th through 12th grade are invited to the program room of the Malden Public Library to put together their own model kit, and learn all about the fun hobby.

Join us on April 25th from 3:00-4:30 PM as we put together Model Kits from the Gundam and Pokemon worlds. Everyone will get their own snap-together kit to work on, but make sure to arrive on time to assure your spot. Board Game Night for Adults! Wednesday, Apr 10th, 6:30 – 8:30 PM

Adults are welcome to come to the Program Room for a night of friends & gaming as we bring out our collection of board games to play.

Join us on Wednesday, April 10th from 6:30 – 8:30 PM, and play one of our many popular board games or bring your own to play! Board Game Night for Adults is the second Wednesday of the month, so mark your calendars now!

Young Adult Movie Afternoon, April 11th @3:00 PM

Youth and Young Adults are invited to the Malden Public Library on Thursday, April 11th for a movie afternoon from 3:00-5:00.

Join us in the Maccario Room as we watch the new film based on the book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl that the marvelous chocolatier Willy Wonka, and enjoy some light snacks and refreshments with the film as well.

YA Craft: Soap Making on Thurs, April 4th

Young Adults in the 5th through 12th grade are invited to the Malden Public Library to clean up their act. Join us on Thursday, April 4th from 3:00-4:30 in the Maccario Room for our first homemade Soap Making craft. You will be able to add scents, colors and florals to truly design your own bar of soap

YA Craft: Candle Making on January 11th @3PM

Young Adults in the 6th through 12th grade are invited to join our craft day on January 11th, from 3:00 – 4:30 in the Program room. We will be designing and melting our own candles in the library, adding fragrances, colors and even the naming our own creations.

No sign up is required but space and time is limited, so make sure to come as early as you can to this fun craft.
