We invite you to walk around the library building and enjoy our new StoryWalk® for December on the following dates (all weather permitting, of course–precipitation, wind, and frozen ground are a challenge):
Wednesday, December 9 – 10:30am – 4:30pm
Wednesday, December 16 (maybe…) – 10:30am – 4:30pm
Friday, December 18 – 10:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday, December 22 – 10:30am – 4:30pm
Wednesday, December 23 – 10:30am – 4:30pm
Thursday, December 31 – 10:30am – 4:30pm
StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children—and adults!—to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Laminated pages from a children’s book are installed along an outdoor path. As you stroll along the walkway, you’re directed to the next page in the story.
StoryWalk® was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and was developed with the help of Rachel Senechal, Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
