Use the library museum pass to visit the Sports Museum at the TD Banknorth Garden. The Sports Museum’s regular hours are daily 11am-5pm (subject to change due to TD Banknorth events).

Young Adult Summer Reading Registration begins on Monday, June 23 and continues through mid-August.
For all young adults entering grades 6-12!

Malden Public Library offers access to The New York Times newspaper database, where you are able to search for full-text articles from The New York Times (starting in 1995). If you like keeping up with current issues and want to read recent articles on global warming, the economy, political campaigns, or a wide variety of subjects, but aren’t able to pick up a copy of the actual newspaper, The New York Times database provides these articles online.
Did you know that by using this database, you are able to set up a “Search Alert” (an RSS feed) to have articles e-mailed to you directly? Newspaper articles can also be translated into up to eight different languages including, Spanish, French, Japanese, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), and Korean. If you have any questions about searching The New York Times database, please check with the Information Librarians and we will be happy to help you.

Health Reference Center Academic
Description: Health and wellness research designed especially for the general public. It has full-text articles from medical journals and consumer health magazines. In addition, it provides full-text access to health pamphlets, medical reference books, and articles from various health related magazines.
