Curious about an Author? Need Sources for a Paper?

Want to read about J. K. Rowling, William Shakespeare, John Grisham, Philip Pullman, Khaled Hosseini, C. S. Lewis or hundreds of other authors?
Your library card is your online passport to an author’s brief biography, a summary and criticism of specific works, and a list of awards and prizes.
Simply select ‘Research’ from our Menu Bar, then ‘Online Article Databases’ from the Sidebar. If you are at home, you must now select ‘here’ from within the second paragraph of instructions entitled: ‘Remote Access’. Select that link and … Congratuations! You have arrived!
Now key in an author’s name and press the SEARCH button. The list that is generated includes essays from literary journals, works of criticism, standard reference sets, and international and regional newspapers. You may open these records and print full texts!
