Sat., Dec. 15: Reading Roots for Kindergartners
The second Reading Roots enrichment program for kindergartners will take place this Saturday, December 15, at 11:00 a.m. Anyone can sculpt! Ann McCrea from Clay Works will tell the story of Tacky the Penguin and then guide kindergartners as they each sculpt their own clay penguin which they will be able to take home after the program.
Reading Roots is generously funded by the Anna Yaghjian Fund. The goal of this enrichment program is to nurture in kindergartners a love of books, reading, learning and libraries.
