Children are invited to experience the entertaining phenomenon whom the Herald dubbed “the Robin Williams of the G-Rated Set” this Friday as Big Joe (a.k.a. Joe Pagliuca who grew up in Malden!) brings his puppets, props, and energetic storytelling to the Malden Public Library. If you love to laugh and hear fun stories, you won’t want to miss this! The Museum of Science explains scientific principles that seem like magic. A liquid changes colors with the quick swirl of a glass. A balloon becomes fireproof. A piece of solid metal appears weightless. For the grand finale, the presenter will lie on a bed of nails, and you won’t believe what comes next! Recommended for ages 5-12.
